I tried this product by taking 1 capsule each evening with vitamin A. The quality is excellent and the composition is good. Although the capsule size is larger, I had no trouble swallowing it. My elbow dryness diminished, and it greatly improved the dryness on my hands. I plan to continue taking it to repeat the course. Your skin will be grateful! The packaging lasts a long time!
